Find your email address or username

If you've forgotten your email address or username, contact your local HR team or portal administrator to find out which email address they provided to us. Your employer can correct any errors for you.

If you're no longer employed by the company who created your account, contact us on +971 4 455 7575 to find out which email address your previous employer provided to us. This may be incorrect or inactive, so please attach a copy of your passport as well as confirmation of the email address you'd like us to use, so that we can update this for you.
